June 4th Elite Training Seminar -

9:00 - 11:00 - Internal arts training, introduction to Wu Style Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Ta Mo's 18 postures. Participant chooses which session to train in. Hanshi and ABBA Staff.

11:30 - 12:30 - Instructor meeting / Lunch

1:00 - 3:00 - After lunch we will have Master club and Black Belt Training. From 1:00-2:00 we will work on the basic forms one and two Shaolin Chuan Fa, and Chinese Kempo Forms. from 2:00-3:00 we will have black belt only training covering the Okinawan karate kata, as well as Jujitsu and Weapons review. At 3:00 we will have a brief meeting and training session with ABBA instructors only.
