like to personally welcome the new students to our ABBA karate
family. Our mission is to provide you with the highest quality
training in classical martial arts, and this web site is designed
to supplement that training. ABBA's goal is to provide you with
the training and information you need in a variety of formats
making it convenient for you to achieve your black belt goals.
Years ago we had manuals for each belt level and sold them at
$25 each to cover our costs. Today times have changed and now
all the information you need to get all the way to black belt
is here on the web for free. The Cyber Dojo contains information
for the new student up to and beyond the black belt level.
You can
print the pages to create your own reference manual for study
outside of the dojo.
