High Orange Self Defense #1

Rear Choke Attack - Step behind, hammer to groin, inside block release, elbow to face.

When attacked with a rear choke we try to turn towards our opponent as soon as possible. In this first attack we step behind with our left foot and execute a hammer fist strike to the groin. By folding high and to the outside of his arms we can now execute an inside block to knock his arms away. We then follow up with a backfist strike or an elbow strike to the head of our opponent.
