High Orange Self Defense #2

Rear Choke Attack - Step deep behind, turn and control arms, reverse punch and sweep.

This defense against the choke uses a spinning motion to throw your opponent off balance. By stepping behind your right foot with your left , simply raise your left arm and the turn real, quick. As you turn circle your left arm around his arms and control inside his elbows. From that position it is easy to follow up with a right punch to the body and sweep him to the floor if you wish. Make sure your partner knows how to fall before you sweep him.
