Number Three - Step back, right inside block, back fist, side kick.
The next defense has us step straight back with the left foot into a
horse stance while at the same time executing a right inside block . This
technique is designed to teach proper fighting techniques for properranges.
We start with a backfist strike to the temple and then shift back slightly
to be able to use a sidekick to the ribs of our opponent. For generations
different styles have argued over which is better , a kick or a punch.We
believe that if your at kicking range then kick, if your at punching range
the punch. This one step begins the process of learning the proper range
for each technique.
