Orange Belt One Step #4

Monkey Stealing Peaches - Step in with left high block, elbow strike Solar Plexus, chin, ridge hand to groin.

The next technique is similar to the first one. You begin by stepping into your opponent and executing a high block. As you follow up with an elbow strike, this time to the solar plexus, we follow immediately with a strike with the elbow to the chin. This move is very important because it begins the thought process of figuring what or how your opponents body is going to react to our particular attacks. If you hit your opponent in the solar plexus, his body will snap forward, thus increasing the effect of the rising elbow attack to the chin. Once the attack to the chin has occurred , we then follow with an attack to the groin with a circular ridge hand strike. After this attack a grab and pulling move should completely finish your opponent.
