Orange Belt One Step #5

Number Five - Side step, slice block and ridge hand to the groin, knife hand to back of neck.

The last beginning one step again uses a 45 degree forward movement. It also introduces the principle of blocking and attacking at the same time. As your opponent attacks, step 45 degree forward with your left foot, and at the same time block inside with your left open palm and strike the groin with your right ridge hand. As soon as this hit occurs, step through with your right foot striking with a knife hand strike to the back of the neck as you run on by.
