Front Choke Attack
Front Choke Attack - Kick, Palm Heel Blocks, Spear Hand to Throat.
When attacked with a front choke it is imperative to get away as soon
as possible to avoid passing out. In this defense kick low as you step
back, then use two palm heel blocks to release the choke to the throat.
Immediately follow with a spear hand to the throat to finish.
