Yellow Belt Self Defense #2

Front Choke Attack

Front Choke Attack - Kick, Grab high & down with knee strike

Again we begin our defense by kicking low and stepping back. This allows for you to distract your opponent and to put yourself in a stable, balanced position. Lifting both hands high in the air and clinching them together, strike down into the bridge of the nose and follow through to the bends of the arms. It is important to hold on to the arms tight to prevent him from escaping or blocking your next attack, the rear leg knee to the solar plexus. This can then be followed with a sweep or simply run away.
